We take the time to get to know our clients. In-depth planning at the beginning saves all of us time and money. We look carefully at our client’s priorities to ensure you are getting the best value possible for your investment.

Design

Design plays an integral role in all of our building projects. All aspects of design are considered and evaluated during a project to make sure you are getting a well thought out space that adds value to your life.

Refine

The Smithouse team works tirelessly to make sure clients are excited and comfortable with their pending construction investment. We refine and tweak plans and ideas until what we have in the pipeline is perfect for you.

Build

We care about your building experience and also focus on making decisions that are right for the project. This approach creates a construction experience that is atypical to industry norms. We also like to have fun along the way!
